365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 164: Back Pain? What About Your Thoughts?

Do you know anyone who suffers from some sort of back pain? Do you?

I have been teaching people how to heal their bodies for 20 years and I have seen the same thing over and over: there is a very close relationship between the quality of the thoughts they have and the amount of pain they experience.

If you are indeed in a lot of back pain right now, you might get angry with what I am saying and refuse to read any further.

Please, let me invite you to keep reading.

There are many reasons why you have come to your current conclusions about your back pain, the ins and outs of it, the initial cause and your diagnostic.

As I wrote in my two last posts, your thoughts have the power to change your reality, including your back pain.

Of course, proper care, diet, hydration, exercises and treatment will help you heal.

But, if your thoughts are negative and dominated by fear, they will continue to create pain and the money you spend on medication and treatments will not be put to good work.

The part of you that is negative will fight the part of you that wants to heal.

Who wins in the end?

The one that you nourish with your thoughts day after day after day.

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 163: Want Proof That Your Thoughts Create Your Life?

Neville Goddard (you can Google him) said:

“Man’s chief delusion is his conviction that there are other causes other than his own state of consciousness.”

“For life makes no mistakes and always gives man that which man first gives himself.”

“Because of your belief in external things you think power into them by transferring the power that you are to the external thing. Realize you yourself are the power you have mistakenly given to outer conditions.”

Did you just read these three quotes and your mind said: blah, blah, blah?

You want some proof, right?

I wanted proof too. Many years ago, I started to ask for proof and I had it, over and over again; unquestionable and undeniable proof.

Let me introduce you a little book that might change your life: “E-Squared” by Pam Grout. Buy it. Read it. I wish I had this book 30 years ago. It would have made it a lot easier for me to understand and improve my practice of thought created experiences.

I am happy that this book has been written, and I hope you do get it.

It contains nine do-it-yourself energy experiments that prove that your thoughts create your reality.

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 162: Thoughts Create Your Reality: Want Proof?

I am sure you’ve heard many times that your thoughts have indeed the power to change your experiences.

Your day to day reality is determined by your day to day thoughts.

You might believe this or not, but here’s the thing: if you take an area of your life, say career, is it what you really want? If it is, examine what your thoughts are with respect to your career. You will find that they are uplifting, positive and self affirming thoughts: you love what you do, you are proud of your accomplishments, you are looking forward to new things and welcome every challenge with a light heart and trust that you will find the answer. Or something like that.

Now, let’s say that your relationships area is lacking or giving you trouble; one or more or more of your relationships are not what you want. Examine your thoughts with respect to these relationships and you will find them to be negative, diminishing and low energy: you are frustrated, you judge the other person, you want them to change, to do things differently, you resent certain behaviors they have, you lack patience, losing faith, etc.

Your thought are different with respect to the two area of your life, aren’t they?

You might now say that they are different because the situations are different.

I will disagree and say it the other way around: the situations are different – one that you like and one that you do not – BECAUSE your thoughts are different.

Ponder on this for today.

Tomorrow I will tell you how to find the proof you need in order to change your mind and start thinking your way to what you want.
