You are not your fears. You have the power to heal. Health is your birthright.
Are you ready to clear away all your health/body related fears?
Bring out the list you created with all the things and situations you are afraid of.
Here’s something you can repeat to yourself to start this process.

You can also search the Internet and find a quote that resonates with you.
Or, better yet: WRITE YOUR OWN LITANY AGAINST FEAR.
Once you have the words that work for you, repeat them over and over so that you release the fear of facing your fears.
Choose one of the fears on your list and sit with it. Feel it fully. Allow it to become as big, as strong, as frightening as it is.
Sit there. Feel it. Look at it. Allow it. Feel it FULLY. Do not pull back, do not retreat, just sit and feel it, in its full intensity.
Repeat your litany against fear over and over if you need to, but do not move. DO NOT MOVE. Breathe deeply and sit in that fear. You are strong, calm and NOTHING can make you move.
The calmer you remain, the weaker the grip your fear will have on you. And after a while, it will dissolve. Once the fear is gone, only YOU will remain.
It is this simple and YOU DO have the strength to let go of ALL YOUR FEARS.
Go through your entire list of fears. It might take you a few days, or a few weeks, but you will get it done. And once this task is complete, you will experience a sense of calm and strength inside yourself that you never knew resided there.
From this calm and strong place inside yourself, healing can begin.
You CAN heal, but first you must let go of your fears.
