365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 224: Intelligent Healing Machine

Does your body need healing? Is your back hurting or your digestive system in trouble? Do you suffer from high blood pressure or asthma? Is there osteoarthritis in your hips?

There is one powerful, intelligent healing machine that can do it all!

And the good news is that you do not need to go and buy it. You already have it: it is your BODY!

Your body’s innate healing power is far greater than anything you could ever purchase. It has the capacity to heal completely, unless its healing processes are tempered with.

What can hinder, slow down or stop your healing process?

  • Lack of awareness
  • Not understanding how the body heals
  • Misdiagnosis
  • Mistreatment
  • Buying into the fear spread by the medical profession
  • Stress
  • Poor nutrition
  • Chronic use of anti-inflammatories
  • Lack of exercise
  • Fear of exercise
  • Excess of exercise
  • Wrong exercise
  • Dehydration
  • Emotional distress
  • And more…

“Remember, your body is an exquisite machine that is tuned to create health. The question to ask each time you prepare to eat or decide when to go to bed or what type of exercise to do is: Do I want to degenerate, or regenerate? The choice – and the power – is yours. “

– Dr. Joseph Mercola

Many different things I am grateful for passed through my mind today, but none inspired me to sit down and start typing. So I waited, curious to find out which one was going to be the topic for my today’s gratitude post. A few minutes ago, out of the blue, the words “Simon’s Cat” popped into my head,  and I knew what I was going to write about. I once saw this short cartoon on Facebook that made me laugh because it was pretty much describing Pâshi, my oldest cat. Pâshi passed away three weeks ago; he was 17 and a half and had a really good life.

I am grateful for all the laughter and the joy he brought into my life. He had a loud voice that he liked to use often to ask for what he wanted and to tell me things that I did not always understand.

Here’s the cartoon: Simon’s Cat. If you have not shared your life with a cat, you will not get the same kick out of this, but if you know cats you’ll have a little laugh. Enjoy!

This is the last picture I took of Pâshi, a couple of months ago. I always loved to watch him sleep and I felt a great sense of peace and well-being by seeing him so relaxed.  Today’s post honors Pâshi and his big and wonderful cat energy field. Cats have the ability to absorb and neutralize energy that affects us in a negative way. Being close to a cat can balance our energy field and restore the inner balance. Thank you Pâshi, for taking such good care of my energetic field.

But here’s a very interesting fact that I did not know was going to be included in today’s post: I found an article entitled “Why You Should NEVER EVER Sleep Where Your Cat Sleeps” on http://www.mercola.com. Here’s an excerpt:

“Cats, ants and termites have an unusual characteristic in common: they are all attracted to geopathic stress zones. Geopathic stress is natural radiation that rises up through the earth and becomes distorted by weak electro-magnetic fields, created by subterranean running water, certain mineral concentrations, fault lines, and underground cavities.

Electropathological energy created by modern technology such as high and low frequency energy from telecommunication towers, electricity pylons, transformers, radar and radio towers can also contribute to geopathic stress.

Potential health problems arising from geopathic stress in your environment include:

  • Cardiovascular problems
  • Neurological disabilities and learning difficulties
  • Immune deficiency disorders
  • Chronic fatigue and irritability
  • Body pains and headaches
  • Sudden signs of physical aging
  • Infertility and miscarriages
  • Restless sleep

Sleeping in a geopathic stress fault is particularly harmful to your body, as during sleep your brain is supposed to rest half the time and is busy healing your body the other half. However, if you are exposed to geopathic stress during sleep, your brain never receives the full rest it requires to repair and regenerate.

This is why it’s so important to avoid sleeping where your cat sleeps, as for if your home is located near a geopathic stress fault, your cat will likely find it and sleep near it. If you don’t have a cat, look for areas where plants do not thrive, ant hills are built or termites congregate. These are all signs of a geopathic stress zone.”

Now, isn’t that interesting? Nothing is coincidental, so my post about Pâshi brings into discussion the dangers of geopathic stress and the man made electrosmog. So, if you do not sleep well, maybe one cause is the distortion in the energetic field in the area of your bedroom. Worth investigating, don’t you think?
