DAY 334: The most frequently asked questions concerning magnetic resonance stimulation

shutterstock_130094216“Our journey will guide us through many published observations as well as my own experience with PULSED MAGNETIC FIELD THERAPY (iMRS) and its users which I was privileged to witness over a period of more than 15 years.

What does this stimulation do?

The primary feature of this treatment method is the resonance effect of pulsating electro-magnetic fields in the body. Vibrations or frequencies corresponding with the frequencies of our own cells are transmitted as purposeful information to unhealthy or energy deprived cells, whose function has been restricted and disturbed. In other words, magnetic resonance stimulation increases the body’s cell potential due to higher oxygen supply and accelerates the function of ion pumps due to the increased ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate – energy or fuel for the cell).

What does resonance mean?

Resonance is the principle of using precisely those oscillations with which a cell in the body or the entire organism oscillates independently. So naturally, the original fundamental oscillation is amplified. The cell membrane oscillates at a certain frequency and a certain amplitude. Unhealthy cells have the same frequency, however a different amplitude because of weaker oscillation. At precisely this point the resonance phenomenon of the magnetic field stimulation comes into effect because the amplitude of the oscillation can be reinforced by resonance.”

DAY 276: Become Your Own BFF!

Today is Day BFF276 of my “365 Days of Gratitude” blog: hard to believe!

As I was looking back at some of my daily posts, I found the one I wrote on Day 111 which had quite a high number of readers.

I realized that people want to be their own best friends, but they do not know how and end up treating themselves more like their own best enemies.

So, I am re-posting this, because I want YOU to be YOUR BFF!

DAY 111:

 

Think about it: are you indeed your own best friend? Do you have your own approval? And do you have your own back?

Nick Ortner says:

“Too often we are ruled by everything that’s wrong with us, as opposed to everything that’s right with us.”

Everything changes the moment you decide to become your own best friend, to stand strongly by your own side and to treat yourself with love, understanding and compassion.

When your best friend feels down, you do not kick them when they’re on the floor, do you? You help them stand up; you sit them down and tell them what you love about them, how they enhance your life and why you believe in them. You listen to them, you assist them and give them your support.

Maybe right now it is a challenge for you to befriend yourself and you cannot imagine starting to support yourself the way you would your BFF. If this is the case, I want you to take a sheet of paper and write down what you think of yourself; write all the words down. Do not hold back. If you don’t face how you see yourself you will not be able to become your own BFF. So write down what you think. Then, take another sheet of paper and for each harsh and judgemental word used, write down a slighly softer, lighter word; then throw away the first version.

In a couple of weeks look at your list again and then take a new sheet of paper and soften the words again.

In time, your perception of yourself will change. And then it will change again.

Choose to become your own best friend.

Imagine how you would feel if YOU stood by your side. Accept that it is a process. And keep working on your list.

DAY 275: Keep Your Cells Healthy With PEMF Therapy

I have quoted this article for the last two days and I am doing it again, because this information is extremely valuable for you and your loved ones.

Yelena Pukhovitskaya continues in her article entitled “Pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) for cell injury and repair: how PEMFs promote longevity and reduce the rate of aging” explaining how PEMF can slow down or reverse cellular aging:

“Aging can be slowed or reversed by ongoing health maintenance, including mitigating known causal circumstances, and also proactive use of low intensity, low frequency, (LI/ELF) PEMFs.

LI/ELF PEMFs improve the rate of aging by reducing and/or reversing various degrees of cell injury.

LI/ELF PEMFs are known to pass uninhibited through the body, while inducing charge in cells and tissues, consequently affecting biochemical and physiologic processes in the direction of reducing cell injury, and therefore aging.

PEMFs improve various physiologic processes including

  • production of nitric oxide,
  • reducing pain and inflammation,

DAY 273: Do You Have Injured Cells?

Yes, you do!

Cell Injury occurs all the time in your body, in mine and in everybody else’s.

I found a great article, “Pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) for cell injury and repair: how PEMFs promote longevity and reduce the rate of aging” entitled  written by Yelena Pukhovitskaya.

Here’s an excerpt about cell injury and aging:

“At the cellular level, aging is a process of declining capacity for and effectiveness of repair of cell injury. With aging there is cumulative, unrepaired or poorly repaired natural or unnatural cell injury. This is “death by a 1000 cuts.” Cell injury results when:

  • cells can no longer adapt to stress,
  • have unrecoverable exposure to damaging agents or
  • suffer from intrinsic abnormalities, whether genetic or nutrient-based

Cell injury can progress from milder reversible states through more severe irreversible conditions leading to tissue and or organ failure of varying degrees, and finally senescent apoptotic or necrotic cell death.

Promoting longevity requires intervention of the underlying causal conditions of cell injury where possible and facilitating cell recovery and repair at the earliest stages of cell injury.

In the stages of reversible injury there is

  • reduced oxidative phosphorylation with depletion of ATP,
  • cellular edema caused by changes in ion and water flows,
  • mitochondrial and cytoskeleton alterations and DNA damage.”
