DAY 302: Emotional Debris Will Get You!

clock

It is only a matter of time before unresolved emotional debris, clutter and distress will change the chemistry of your body, causing symptoms like high blood pressure, overeating or under eating, insomnia, depression, to name just a few.

Emotional debris can and will alter the quality of your life, at all levels: internal well-being, family life, work environment and community.

What creates your internal emotional debris?

Everything that you have not allowed to fully clear your system: childhood experiences, un-shared feelings, a job you do not like, a kid not doing well in school, not enough money, finances, the death of someone dear, not enough time, too much to do, too many requirements, an illness, moving from a house to another, from a city to another, not getting what you want, not having a life partner, something that happened 30 ago.

Un-cleared and unreleased, these stored emotions create many health problems and can ultimately cause a heart attack, depression or a chain of physical injuries.

So let go. Clear. Heal. Forgive. Move on…. And if you do not know how to do that, ask for help.

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 64: Emotional Cleansing Part 11 – The Domino Effect

RUCSANDRA's PICTURE

I am reading a great book entitled “All is Well: Heal Your Body with Medicine, Affirmations and Intuition” written by Louise Hay and Dr. Mona Lisa Schulz. Dr. Schulz explains how science  is able to explain and back-up what Louise Hay started saying almost 40 years ago:

“Every thought we think, and every word we speak, is creating our future. Our thoughts go out into the universe.”

Here’s a quote from the book:

“The human body is an amazing machine, and as a machine it requires regular maintenance and care to run as efficiently as possible. There are a variety of reasons your body can break down and get sick: genetics, the environment, diet, and so on. But as Louise found in her career—and published in Heal Your Body—every illness is affected by emotional factors in your life.

And decades after Louise presented her conclusions, the scientific community has put forth studies that support them.

Research has shown that fear, anger, sadness, love, and joy have specific effects on the body. We know that anger makes muscles clamp down and blood vessels constrict, leading to hypertension and resistance to blood flow. Cardiac medicine tells us that joy and love tend to have opposite effect.

If you look at Louise’s little blue book, a heart attack and other heart problems are “squeezing all the joy” out of the heart, a “hardening of the heart,” and a “lack of joy.” And her affirmation to reverse these problems? “I bring joy back to the center of my heart,” and “I joyously release the past. I am in peace.”

Specific thought patterns affect our bodies in predictable ways, releasing certain chemicals in response to each emotion. When fear is your dominant mood over a long period of time, the constant release of stress hormones, specifically cortisol, triggers a domino effect of chemicals that lead to heart disease, weight gain, and depression.

As with fear, other emotions and thoughts follow a typical pattern as they are projected onto the body in the form of illness. In my work, I have also found that while emotions travel everywhere in the body, they affect organs differently depending on what is happening in your life. “

I fully recommend this book, as it spells out how important our inner peace and well-being really are. Science is backing-up the connection between what we feel and what we create in our lives on all levels: physical, emotional, spiritual, mental and energetic. This is no mystery anymore; it is not considered make-belief anymore in the medical and scientific circles. It is REALITY.

So, start clearing and cleansing. Release old fear and anger, let it all go.

Read my post tomorrow. I have a gift for you to help you cleanse.
