DAY 339: Breath-Work, The Re-Birthing Process

breath“I learnt and re-learnt through my work of last 8 years in Breath Work or the Re-Birthing Process that Breath is a miracle. And that, Breath can cause miracles! BREATH – a word we know, or rather, we think we know. BREATH – that’s what we start the journey in this body with. BREATH – that which we take before we make our transition to the life – between- lives state. BREATH – that changes with any and every emotion we experience. BREATH – that’s true sathi*! We start breathing when we are born. But does anyone teach us how to breathe? In fact, at birth, aren’t we slapped if we don’t breathe? No one corrects our breath. Breath work is here now. Just to correct our breath!

Our breath is our connection to the Divine Life-Force. It is the primary source of nourishment and helps in eliminating all the unwanted thoughts, toxins and undesired emotions. Intuitive breathing is a skill that we can learn easily. Intuitive breathing is the ability to breathe energy as w ell as air. It involves breathing in a gentle relaxed rhythm. All the traumatic memories from our past are stored deep in the subconscious mind and are reflected in the way we breathe. By changing the way we breathe we can change the way we live.”

Smita Wankhade is a Breath Worker, a Past Life Regressionist, and a Reiki Master. She wrote Chapter 33 in the book Holistic Wellness In The NewAge. Having benefited from the breath work and past life regression sessions, she realized that giving healing to others and spreading the knowledge of spiritual science is her purpose in life! Through her healing sessions, people have found relief from issues which were preventing them from living a fuller life. Each of them found the purpose of their life and been able to balance their material and spiritual life. www.pastliferegressionindia.com

Do you hold your breathe? Do you breathe shallowly?

Take a moment now to inhale deeply and exhale fully for a few minutes.

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 205: Inner Harmony Creates Health

healthy

Our beliefs find the way to manifest in our bodies, creating either healthy, youthful physiques or a plethora of discomfort levels and conditions, depending on what we feel to be true.

“The ones who came before us” (as Gregg Braden refers to our ancestors) knew that the physical health of the human body depends on the understanding of the spiritual, emotional, mental, energetic and physical aspects of who we are. The concept goes back to the times of Ayurveda, ancient Chinese Medicine and Native Indian Medicine to name just a few.

Some of us believe that the body will be in a state of health if we eat and sleep well, exercise, drink water and do not carry genes that make us more prone to certain diseases. But these are all related to the physical body and we are not just physical. The physical body is responding to all the aspects of who we are by manifesting health or discomfort and disease.

We physically manifest what we believe.

We can choose to change our eating habits, how much we exercise and decide to take a few extra days of rest, but before we truly believe that we can attain and maintain health we will not witness the extraordinary capacity for recovery and regeneration that our physical bodies have!

When we are in harmony with all the aspects of ourselves, our bodies vibrantly reflect a general state of health and well-being.

I believe that creating lasting and vibrant health is not only possible but only a few beliefs away!

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 204: Breathing And Your Spine

Can breathing exercises improve the condition of your spine and relieve pain?Rib Cage

Is it possible to use the mechanisms of breathing in order to help correct the alignment of the spine and release tension in the body?

Having worked with many clients suffering from chronic pain and in varied degrees of discomfort, I believe it to be not only possible but extremely efficient.

My continuous studies into the intricacies of the physical body, the subtleties of the emotional body and the power of the human energy field, led me to develop my own protocols (Mitrea Balance Model) for pain release and healing.

Breathing techniques and exercises represent an important part in the programs I create for my clients. The targeted and specifically directed breathing techniques and exercises that I have developed have the power to release tension at the level of the connective tissue (the fascia), the muscular system, as well as at the level of the nervous system, resulting in an almost immediate response in the joints of the body. From that point on, the body is more receptive to return to a better alignment, build strength, stretch and heal.

Can breathing exercises help heal physical pain, release unwanted emotions and re-balance the energy field?

Absolutely!

Why am I telling you all this?

Because I want you to know that the physical body has an extraordinary healing capacity and because my mission is to show people how they can heal.

Rucsandra

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 199: Connect To Your Life Force

Breathing is a subject you will find to be very controversial. There are many different types of breathing that people teach and write about: deep versus shallow; yoga style versus Pilates style; rib cage breathing versus abdominal breathing; etc.

But here’s a different perspective: breathing to take in the fullness of your experience and the richness of life itself.

Do you breathe in such a way that connects you to your very Life Force or do you breathe just to exist?

How would it feel if you took in a breath right now, a breath so perfect and complete that brought you the awareness of your greatness and uniqueness?

Rucsandra

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 60: Emotional Cleansing Part 8 – Feeling-based Awareness

RUCSANDRA's PICTURE

Feeling-based awareness is the ability to know what it is that you are feeling, independent of the situation you are in and the person you are talking to; it is also the ability to identify and name your feelings (anger, happiness, frustration, hesitation, fear, love, loneliness, fearlessness, shyness, patience, impatience).

Feeling-based awareness is necessary in order to be in touch with yourself. It is not another person, the circumstances you are in or the world at large that create your world, it is YOU. By gaining full and unobstructed access to yourself, you will be able to create your life the way YOU want it to be.

In order to become feeling-based aware you can start by paying attention to what it is that you feeling in this moment. Through the feeling-based awareness you create a deeper and stronger connection to YOURSELF.

You probably already know and use some of these on a daily basis, but here’s a list of 7 different practices to help you become feeling-based aware:

  1. BREATHE DEEPLY when you feel a powerful emotion; make it a habit to focus on your breath.
  2. DECIDE NOT TO REACT to what you feel in the moment, when you are triggered. Observe what you feel and be curious about this whole process.
  3. PRACTICE NON-JUDGMENT towards what you feel, without discrimination. Feel what you feel and allow it to be. No judgment.
  4. Stop several times throughout the day to examine how you feel and what thought created the current feeling. Not what circumstance, event or person, but WHAT THOUGHT CREATED THAT SPECIFIC FEELING.
  5. Start practicing the 90-SECOND RULE. Do not get frustrated; just become aware of what makes it hard for you to fully apply it to your current circumstance or situation.
  6. MAINTAIN A LIGHT AND SOFT APPROACH towards this process, as you are learning to connect with yourself at a deeper level than ever before.
  7. ALLOW YOURSELF TO FEEL. Whether it is a new feeling or a deeply buried one, if it comes to the surface, allow it and look at it with curiosity and patience.
