It is spring and time for warmer weather (not that it feels like that today in Toronto, as it is snowing lightly) and fresh new beginnings.
Is there anything you would like to attempt, start or stop? It can be anything: spend time in nature more regularly, eat healthier, change your career, start that project you’ve been dreaming about, read that book, make new friends or heal your body.
This is the best time to choose to do something that you have been thinking about and make it happen.
And do ask for help if you don’t know how to go about it. Do not try to reinvent the wheel.
Asking for support, for expert advice or for connection with your friends is the healthy thing to do and allows you to move with ease in the direction you desire.
