For example, if you have a habit of over-eating, there is an emotion and a chain of behaviors that lead you to overeat because the location of hunger is usually experienced between the center of the chest to just below the belly-button – in the exact place that we tend to generate our emotional feelings. Hunger is not an emotion, but it does tend to occur in the places that we feel our emotions. No wonder then that some people get it so confused.”
