What is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. ‘Neuro’ refers to the way we experience the world through our senses; ‘linguistic’ refers to the way we use language to make sense of the world, capture and conceptualize our experience and then communicate that experience to others; and ‘programming’ addresses the way we code (mentally represent) our experience and adopt various behavioral patterns of response. In short, NLP is a powerful mechanism involving the programming of our mind. It can impact you both professionally and personally.
