My dear friend Anna Pinkerton is the author of “How to Smile Again: Recovery for those in Public Life but in Private Pain”. She has over 20 years experience as a therapist, and trainer. Anna works with people in high profile, high stress roles. She specializes in the long term effects of traumatic experiences and is changing the environment emotionally & psychologically injured people find themselves in. Within an atmosphere of kindness people recover more quickly, and the simplicity of this is her passion.
