365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 208: Make It Happen!

shutterstock_186527588Do you believe that unless you started exercising when younger and more energetic, you have no chance of returning to a state of well-being?

Some of the physical changes that impede the freedom of movement in the joints might be considered to be irreversible (degenerated discs, osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, etc.), but if you believe that nothing can be done to alleviate the discomfort created by these conditions then nothing will help.

I have seen dramatic changes in strength and mobility, stability and stamina in clients of all ages and varying degrees of health.

What made these changes possible was their decision to start believing in the possibility of a better state of health.

They decided that they had control over their bodies. They took responsibility for their own health. They refused to fall victim to conditions they were told would continue to deteriorate their joints, their tissues and their spines.

They claimed their birthright to health.

They made it happen. And it all started with the decision to take the helm.
