365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 235: Fighting Gravity

spine

Our spines are subjected to the effects of gravity every day. Poor posture, misalignment and the presence of injuries create imbalances that combined with the force of gravity increase the deterioration of the spine.

ELDOA, developed by the renowned French osteopath Guy Voyer DO fights the effects of gravity by creating space in the joints of the spine. This revolutionary method for realigning, strengthening and healing the spine has helped thousands and thousands of people.

Everybody needs ELDOA in order to maintain a healthy, strong spine.

Practiced regularly and under expert supervision, these exercises restore alignment and functionality; they improve your health, your posture, your mind set and your energy levels.

If you want to know more about ELDOA, email info@mitreawellness.com.

Tomorrow I will include a list of practitioners who teach this wonderful method. Maybe one of them is in your area.

Rucsandra

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 234: So What Can ELDOA Do For You?

pain free

This is what my client Mehran says about his experience with ELDOA:

“Having endured two shoulder surgeries in ’97 & ‘2001, and consequentially dealing with chronic neck pain since 2005, I pursued various modalities to bring my physical issues under control.  Having realized a minimum level of comfort and desperate to achieve a level of stability where I could function as normal as possible, I was introduced to Rucsandra’s ELDOA classes by my Osteopath.  As soon as I took my first class I felt that this makes sense; and in a shockingly short period of time, I started achieving amazing results.  It is really unfortunate that our GPs are not aware of this.  I highly recommend trying ELDOA before making any drastic decisions in your physical well being as I believe it truly reverses the aging process when it comes to pain.”

OK, here we go! This is what ELDOA can do for you and more:

  • Experience pain relief and heal your spine
  • Increase the intervertebral spaces, so that the pressure on your discs is relieved
  • Recover from injuries and prevent future pain and discomfort
  • Reduce acute or chronic pain due to spinal disc bulging or herniation
  • Find relief from referred pain in your legs and arms, tingling in your hands and feet
  • Eliminate long term tightness and discomfort
  • Reduce the effects of scoliosis, arthritis and many other conditions
  • Improve your posture
  • Strengthen your spine
  • Get rid of back pain, neck pain, stiffness and discomfort
  • Prevent ostearthritis in your spine, shoulders and hips
  • Improve your spine’s flexibility, strength and overall health
  • Preserve the health of your spinal discs and prevent future discomfort-producing conditions
  • Increase your muscle tone and awareness
  • Keep your spine a lot younger than your calendar years

Worth taking a look, don’t you think?

More tomorrow.

Keep sharing.

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 233: The Epidemic Of Back Pain

back pain

Yes, an EPIDEMIC!

Here’s a little excerpt from a paper entitled “Low Back Pain” written by Béatrice Duthey, Ph.D for the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 15th, 2013:

“As part of the Global Burden of Disease Study (GBD) 2010, Expert Group showed that low back pain is among the top ten high burden diseases and injuries, with an average number of DALYs (disability-adjusted life years) higher than HIV, road injuries, tuberculosis, lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary Disease and preterm birth complications.”

This study talks about low back pain, but there is also middle back pain, upper back pain and neck pain. The study says:

“Estimating the incidence of low back pain is difficult as the incidence of first-ever episodes of low back pain is already high by early adulthood and symptoms tend to recur over time. The lifetime prevalence of non-specific (common) low back pain is estimated at 60–70% in industrialized countries (one-year prevalence 15–45%, adult incidence 5% per year). The prevalence rate for children and adolescents approaches that seen in adults. It then increases and peaks between ages 35 and 55.”

60-70%????

The prevalence rate for children and adolescents approaches that seen in adults. It then increases and peaks between ages 35 and 55.

This is crazy!

And completely unnecessary!

Especially when there is something we can all do to prevent back pain, to not suffer, to heal and move on with our lives.

What can we do?

ELDOA!

Get ready to learn about ELDOA!

Read my posts and forward them to your family and friends.

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 232: Back Pain? This is THE Answer!

shutterstock_72942700

It is called ELDOA and I can’t wait to tell you what it is. My next few posts will be about something that I have been doing for 16 years.

This revolutionary method for realigning, strengthening and healing the spine has helped thousands and thousands of people. It is becoming more popular and I am one of a very small group of people around the world who can teach it.

I want to share with you who created it and why, what it can do for you and how you can find someone who teaches it.

This is BIG!

If you have been struggling with back pain and are ready to heal, follow my posts for the next few days.

Share this with your friends and family.

Isn’t it time we take charge of our health and show our family doctors that back pain is not something we have to live with, take heavy medication and fall into despair for?

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 230: Open Your Mind

open your mind

I’ve seen many people transform their bodies or their careers, their relationships or their entire lives.

They all have something in common: the willingness to look at things from a new perspective without blocking the information, without resenting the new approach, without resistance or judgment.

They are willing to open up their minds to new ideas, to be vulnerable and to learn something new and because of that they transform.

Is there anything you want to create in your life right now? A healthier body, a romantic relationship, a better work place?

Are you willing to open up your mind and release resistance?

If you are, then what you desire will come into your life. Not because it is some kind of magic, but because when you do not create barriers through resistance and inflexibility, you are in resonance with yourself.

When you are in resonance with yourself and your desires, you are inspired and you know what next step to take.

Open your mind.

Be vulnerable.

Go for what you want!

Rucsandra

365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 229: Does Your Head Hurt?

little white man

There is so much information available to us in this day and age that we can easily get confused, overwhelmed and start thinking that the solution to whatever it is that we are seeking lies outside ourselves.

It does not.

If your head hurts from looking at all the options and advice available, then stop.

Search no more.

Become quiet.

Pay attention to yourself: to your heart, to how you feel and to what you desire.

The answer you are looking for lies within you.

Let your mind rest for a little while and ask yourself what is it that you are looking for.

How do you feel?

What do you want?

Look inside and you will realize that the answer to your question is right there. The solution is right there.

Love,

Rucsandra
