Are your day to day thoughts working for you or against you?
Let’s take your health as the example and examine if your body is as healthy and as vibrant as you would like it to be.
Here and now, take a moment and think about your body. Are you healthy and strong or are you in discomfort and pain? Are you enjoying your body or are your options limited with respect to movement, exercise, travel and every day activities?
Will you indulge me right now and make a list with the things that do not work as well as you would like them to?
Write down what your current state of health and abilities are.
Take a few minutes and put on paper what is not the way you want it to be: your weight, your strength, your physical ability, your overall health.
Tomorrow we’ll go deeper into all this and look at your thoughts with respect to everything you write on your list.
