I have seen people heal chronic pain they have struggled with for a long time. I have also seen people carrying the same discomfort for years and years without getting better.
Why? What makes some people heal while others cannot seem to get out of pain?
It all starts with how they feel. The people who shift their thinking process from doom and gloom to the possibility of healing, start to feel lighter and less stressed and then their bodies respond in kind with less discomfort. These people start healing, even if initially they did not think it was possible.
The people who continue to struggle with chronic pain are trapped in a vicious circle of thoughts and feelings that are destructive and hinder their bodies’ innate healing power.
Sounds too simple to be true?
It is not. It is science.
If your body needs healing, start examining what kind of thoughts go through your mind with respect to your body and the discomfort you’re in.
It all starts with how you think and how you feel.
