365 DAYS OF GRATITUDE – DAY 47: Beyond Fear Part 14 – Out-Sitting Your Fears

I can’t wait to show you how simple it is to dismantle your fears. It is intense, you will feel your fears intensely, but it is not hard and it does not last a long time. What might feel like hours to you is in fact mere minutes.

What I am teaching you today will have powerful effects in all the aspects of your life. You will have the tools to deal with your fears and CHOOSE TO MOVE PAST THEM and into the life YOU DESIRE.

Are you ready to live FEARLESSLY?

Let’s start! Let’s start! Life is meant to be lived with joy, with courage and with passion.

So here is my invitation to you right now. Set some time aside, when you will not be disturbed. Sit in your favorite chair or armchair, get comfortable and close your eyes. Sit quietly and breathe for a few minutes. If you feel fear and apprehension coming up, read the Litany Against Fear as many times as you need until you feel its calming, soothing power.

Or, repeat the Ho’oponopono words over and over until you feel calmer:

I love you

I’m sorry 

Please forgive me

Thank you

If that does not resonate with you, use Louise Hay’s words:

“I am not my fears. It is safe for me to live without guarding and defending myself all the time. When I feel afraid, I open my heart and let the love dissolve the fear.”

You can also search the Internet and find a quote that resonates with you.

Or, better yet: WRITE YOUR OWN LITANY AGAINST FEAR.

Once you have the words that work for you, use them so that you release the fear of facing your fears.

Then bring out the list you created with all the things and situations you are afraid of. Choose one of the fears on your list and sit with it. Feel it fully. Allow it to become as big, as strong, as frightening as it is. Sit there. Feel it. Look at it. Allow it. Feel it FULLY. Do not pull back, do not retreat, just sit and feel it, in its full intensity.

Repeat your litany against fear over and over if you need to, but do not move. DO NOT MOVE. Breathe deeply and sit in that fear. You are strong, calm and NOTHING can make you move.

The calmer you remain, the weaker the grip your fear will have on you. And after a while, it will dissolve. Once the fear is gone, only YOU, capital letters YOU will remain.

It is this simple and YOU DO have the strength to let go of ALL YOUR FEARS.

Go through your entire list of fears. It might take you a few days, or a few weeks, but you will get it done. And once this task is complete, you will experience a sense of calm and strength inside yourself that you never knew resided there.

This is a powerful cleansing process. It will leave you feeling more YOURSELF than ever before.

Isn’t this exhilarating? Isn’t it empowering to know that YOU can achieve all this in a few days or a few weeks?

I am very excited for you because I know how powerful and clear you will feel very, very soon!
