OK. How many fears have you put on paper so far? How long is your list? It does not matter. What matters is that you are starting to acknowledge that all these fears exist within you. Awareness is the first step and it is the most important one because, unless you understand what you are really dealing with you cannot do anything to free yourself from it.
You were taught to keep your fears hidden, to never speak about them. Sometimes the fears are so deeply buried, that you do not even know that they are there; and that is dangerous, because you suffer without knowing why, you cannot connect with who you truly are, you react rather than act and you can even get sick.
So what do you do now? How DO YOU deal with YOUR FEARS?
“I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.”
Isn’t that powerful? There are no corners to cut and there is no running in circles: THE ONLY WAY TO DEAL WITH FEAR IS TO FACE IT DIRECTLY.

Are you afraid of how this will feel? We are talking after all about facing your fears and looking them straight in the eye.
If you haven’t done that before, then you might feel scared right now. You are fearing your fears, so to speak.
But it is a lot lighter and easier than you think!
This is GREAT moment. This will change everything!.
